The Concord Smiles Gold Plan is an annual membership. You can join the plan by yourself, or you can sign up with eligible family members for a better deal. Eligible persons include you, your spouse, your children under the age of 19, and your children under the age of 23 who are also full time students. Like some insurance plans, our plan provides you with standard cleanings, examinations, and x-rays all free of charge (limited to so many per year). More comprehensive procedures are offered at a reduced rate, and your copay for additional visits is only $20! Unlike insurance, our plan does not include deductibles or yearly maximums. Emergency dental care is available to members in order to reduce pain or swelling; there is a $20 copay for this service as well.
